- By opening a software package (disks or plug-in card) you automatically
- agree to the manufacturer's license, as the packaging makes clear. While
- an earlier (outdated) version is in ROM instead of on floppy disks, either
- is intended for the bit bucket on purchasing an update. It may seem a gray
- area, but I'd be surprised if Soft Warehouse's disposition differs from
- this. Whether EduCalc's catalog stated that is irrelevant.
