- Another part of my printing problem.
-
- I have the following setup...
-
- 386sx-25 server with 8 megs ram. This is running Netware 3.11 and
- has Pserver v1.21 loaded servicing 3 printers. Two are connected directly
- to the server and one is connected to a client.
-
- The client is a 386sx-20 with 1 meg, DOS5, XMSNETX, and version 1.22 of
- rprinter.
-
- If I send jobs to the queue for the remote printer, they will make it
- to the pserver and it will say that the job is being printed. After about 10
- minutes, the printer will print a single line of the print job. Neither
- machine locks up.
-
- If I do not have a job in the queue and I go into pconsole to tell the
- printer to do a form feed, the form feed will work. If I tell it to
- mark the form, the pserver will indicate that it is marking the form and
- then the status stays the same. No form is marked. After I get sick
- of waiting, I will reset the pserver and the printer will spit out a
- marked form. The printer is an Epson LX-800 (Dot matrix).
-
- Anyone have any ideas on this one?

-
- just does not print. This can only be fixed by deleting the print job.
