  35. Your wording implies that you're not trying to use IPXODI over LSL and the 
  36. the 3C509 driver, but that you're trying to use the older, dedicated IPX 
  37. to talk IPX, and the ODI driver for IP.  It's the ODI driver that lets you 
  38. run both at once.

  40. Your NET.CFG would something like 
  41.  
  42.     Link Driver 3C509
  43.         [...hardware settings...]
  44.         Frame Ethernet_II
  45.         Protocol IPX 8137 Ethernet_II

  47. Load IPXODI.COM and TCPIP.EXE in whatever order you wish.  They'll both 
  48. cheerfully work at the same time.

  50. I also suspect from your dilemma that you "just bought" LWP v4.01.  We've 
  51. been shipping v4.1 now for just over 3 weeks.  You should be able to get a 
  52. free upgrade if you purchased LWP v4.01 recently.  Call 800-UPDATE1.  The 
  53. install procedure for v4.1 will handle the ODI/NetWare configuration for 
  54. you, v4.01 assumed (erroneously) that folks could figure it out from the 
  55. docs.
