- I'm trying to do something similar. I've 3.11, with a router to our
- campus backbone. With OS/2 TCP/IP and its 3c503 NDIS driver, I can talk
- to the backbone (as I'm doing now). And with Novell Requestor for OS/2
- 2.0, I can access the Netware 3.11 server in my office. But so far,
- I've not been able to do both at the same time.
-
- The Requester docs hint that it's possible using ODINSUP.SYS. ODINSUP
- is supposed to sit on top of the LSL, passing packets through
- to either Requester (IPX packets) or to the TCP/IP software (IP
- packets). My current setup allows TCP/IP to start along with Requester
- and actually allows a few IP packets through (e.g. I can start a telnet
- session and actually contact other machine and get logged in) before all
- IP stuff goes to hell, dead in the water. Netware IPX packets still
- seem to survive.
-
- For now, I edit my config.sys to do one or the other. Hoping someone
- knows something out there, I've posted this rather than mail it.
