- You have already done half of the troubleshooting needed. You have identified
- that the performance problem is pronounced during the time needed to send the
- print job to the NetWare queue. The best thing to do at this point is to get
- a packet trace and find out what process is taking so long. If you need a trace
- utility, let me know and I can send one to you (although in this case you will
- need to send the trace to me so I can decode it).
