- Hi,
-
- Sorry, if you want me to do this in 100 words or less, I cannot accomodate this
- request. Certainly, you need those manuals! I will give you "A" command line
- that will advertise the ALREADY FUNCTIONING QUEUE that services an HP 3si for
- your DOS clients. I will leave out the details though because the manuals
- address this in some detail. BTW, the latest version of NW4MAC is 3.011. When
- you upgrade, be sure you upgrade to the most current product, otherwise you will
- be stuck in a constant upgrade process...
-
- In ATPS.CFG, enter the following command line:
-
- -O "QUEUE_NAME" -WB -L -F HPLASER
-
- Remember, the queue specified in this command line (QUEUE_NAME, in the above
- example) should ALREADY be functioning and proven to be stable. Also, it is
- important to realize that if you use the LaserWriter driver at the Macintosh
- (and most people do) the printer you wish to use must support PostScript.
-
- Again, there are just too many parameters here (partially because the original
- description provided was vague but also because there are simply LOTS of param-
- eters/issues to consider) for me to list them all. So it is imperative that
- you get hold of the manuals...
-
- Think Peace...
