  11. A friend of mine has recently discovered that in the mail directory of
  12. his LAN account there is a 2-byte file that updates itself each time
  13. he logs in and comes back after he deletes it. The file contains only
  14. one Vertical Tabulation symbol (decimal 11, Hex 0B). He asked a few
  15. other LAN users and they all found the same file in their mail
  16. directories. They suspect that their mail is monitored by the LAN
  17. supervisor. Is it possible?
