- Check whether users are allowed to own space on the relevant volume
- (it's a SYSCON supervisor option). If they aren't, you will have to give
- each user a quota on that volume, by hand. I don't know any easy way of
- doing this for 10,000 users except deleting and recreating them - it's a
- pity MAKEUSER doesn't support things like this (or bulk changing of
- passwords). Is there an easier way?
