  12. I am currently trying to upgrade my Next Cube from NextStep 1.0 directly
  13. to NextStep 3.0.  I don't have a floppy.  I do have a CD-ROM Drive.  I also
  14. have a OD, but it may be useless under 3.0.  I also have a 33 Mhz 040 board
  15. that I want to install.  I have the NextStep 3.0 Distribution CD.

  17. Here's the first question.  Is there a CD-ROM Driver that runs under 1.0?
  18. If so, where do I get it?

  20. Will NextStep 3.0 boot on an 030 motherboard?
  21.  
  22. Is it essential that I have a 2.88 Floppy drive to install 3.0?
  23.  
  24. If a CD-ROM Driver exists for 1.0, can I boot 3.0 from the CD-ROM drive and 
  25. upgrade my system?

  28. If I have missed any salient points about upgrading from 1.0 to 3.0, please
  29. realize that I only wanted to post a short note.  If you know how to upgrade
