  13.    This seems unrelated to this news group but it might be relevent.
  14. I am having a problem using talk on my slab.  It is not on a network, I
  15. have it at home.  I was going to have a partner in a group project call
  16. in thriugh my modem and login under a demo account i made but when
  17. I tried to use talk, it gave me an error of - can't figure out network
  18. address.  So I edited the local configuation and put in a fake address
  19. and it still doesn't work.

  21.    Any help to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.
