  38. I was testing the Ocean Vista 256 3.5 inch optical and learned the following:

  40. 1)   NS 3.0's BuildDisc Application doesn't seem to work; therefore
  41. using the Optical as an external boot device won't work yet.
  42.  
  43. 2)  There is a difference between device address and SCSI address.
  44. I believe that the external peripheral should be SCSI #0 to become
  45. the external boot device.  Also, in booting from the ROM monitor I believe
  46. that one is addressing the device number which is different from the 
  47. SCSI address.  I forget the exact designations but everything concerning
  48. SCSI address and device numbers is explained in the upgrade documentation
  49. provided with NS 3.0 CD.
