  14. Thanks to all who replied to my software copyright question.

  16. I received such a variety of somewhat conflicting responses that an
  17. intellectual property attorney's advice seems really prudent.  App architecture
  18. has changed dramatically from the old huge, monolithic Cobol model, so this
  19. suggests that the copyright procedures have changed (some say they have, and
  20. others say they haven't :-)

  22. Some clever (to me, at least :-) tips suggested how to insert copyright strings
  23. into nibs (use an NXStringTable), sound files (sndconvert -i copyright_string),
  24. and even tiffs (Tag 33432 in Tiff 6.0 format, but I'm not sure what utility to
  25. use).
