  11. According to NeXT, you can put -t all in the arguments field of project  
  12. builder to cause all files to be touched before the project is built (thus  
  13. causing all classes to be recompiled).  When I do this, a file called  
  14. "all" is created, but make does not recompile any of my classes. can  
  15. someone explain what I am doing wrong?  Please respond to
