  12. ICTV (Interactive Consumer Television) is a Silicon Valley start up
  13. company, with excellent advancement opportunities and a competitive
  14. compensation package. ICTV is currently building a consumer oriented
  15. interactive multimedia system for near term deployment.

  19. JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER/ ADMINISTRATOR

  21. Minimal requirements include:
  22. - BA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  23. - At least 6 months experience with NeXTSTEP.
  24. - A strong Unix/C background.
  25. - A desire to learn.

  27. SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
  28.  
  29. Minimal requirements include:
  30. - MS or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  31. - 5+ years industry experience.
  32. - 1-2 years NeXTStep experience or solid background in object
  33.    oriented development.
  34. - A solid Unix/C background.
  35. - Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
  36.     * Distributed Computing, Networking, and Client/Server
  37.         architectures
  38.     * Database design experience
  39.     * Language design
  40.     * Communications
  41.     * Multimedia systems
  42.     * Video
  43.     * Audio and Video Compression algorithms.
