  27. You can turn this around, too. A client of mine bought Helvetica  
  28. Fractions to use with FrameMaker. EVERY NeXT app they have sees  
  29. Helvetica Fractions in the font panel except for FrameMaker. We asked  
  30. RightBrain about this and they said it was Frame's fault - ask Frame.  
  31. We asked Frame about it and guess what? They said ask Rightbrain.

  33. I don't know enough about the inner workings of all the font family  
  34. name stuff, but based on the response that I saw in an earlier post  
  35. today, this may be the work around that will allow it to be used within  
  36. FrameMaker. It may be more trouble than it's worth though, because when  
  37. the stuff goes to the printer, whatever Helvetica Fractions is changed  
  38. too will have to be changed back.

  40. So, a pox upon Frame for their font panel, and a pox upon RightBrain  
  41. for not living up to their support promise.
