  21. publisher, allow you to order conveniently by e-mail, and save you 
  22. from having to deal directly with the publisher (which can be a big 
  23. or small advantage, depending on the particular publisher -- no 
  24. comment on which it is in this case; try it with a bunch of them 
  25. and see for yourself).
