  12. I have just noticed that GraphicsWorkshop, the viewer for gifs and jpeg files,  
  13. refuses to open any files under 3.0.  The Open menu command does nothing, and  
  14. double-clicking on a .jpg file produces an error panel saying it cannot open  
  15. the file, but that there is no error.  Is there a new version of this program?
