- Hello,
- (Note: I am running NS2.1 on a NeXTstation, facing northeast,
- with my shoes off. :-)
- I would like to know more about the "modes" in Edit's Text
- Options under Preferences. It currently has
-
- CFileText:c,h,m
- LispFileText:cl,lisp.
-
- I would like to add a TeX mode similar to, but obviously not as
- involved, as AUC-TeX. I am using the amazing TeXmenu 2.2, which can't
- (is this right?) connect with emacs, so I can't use AUC-TeX itself.
- 'edit modes' in DL gives a Dev_Tools page that says that a user
- can add more suffixes to the above list, but no information is given
- about adding new modes. (Ideally, of course, AUC-TeX could be just
- dropped in and all it's functionality would be available. But, then, I
- also believe that David Lynch will make another Twin Peaks movie. Go
- figure. :-)
- I followed the many posts about adding User Commands to Edit
- that allow TeX'ing of selections, etc. This is not what I'm looking
- for. Any ideas or pointers?
