  20.     I've had a copy on order from Waldenbooks since last August when  
  21. the book was supposed to be out in September.  I was notified today thet  
  22. Springer-Verlag cancelled the Waldenbook order (something about they know  
  23. they can sell them directly for more $$ so why sell them wholesale to a  
  24. retail chain).  It is bad enough that SV wants $40; now they won't sell to  
  25. my local bookseller.
  26.     Anyway, I guess I'm in the market for a cheap copy.  Could someone  
  27. email me the address for the folks that were selling them for a few bucks  
  28. off.  Many thanks.
