- Hi, I have a Mac512 that I am wanting to use as a modem terminal. When I
- turn it on, it doesn't give the system beep. Instead, 5 white vertical
- bars appear on the screen. What is the problem? The picture is nice and
- clear meaning the video must work. So my guess is that it is a motherboard
- problem. We opened it up and everything is connected solidly. The only
- thing that was loose was the fan. Any ideas? Just email your reponses
- please. THanks.
