  23. I was told that if I updated my system 7.0.1 to 7.1, the fonts would remain 
  24. in the extensions folder and/or system suitcase.  As far as a "clean" 
  25. install, I'm not sure.  Try to call apple's support services.  My 7.1 
  26. system came with a card with a code and 800 number to call and scream at 
  27. them with.
