  13. The only problem with ATM 2.0.x and System 7.1 is that ATM does not
  14. recognize the new Fonts folder. Of course, Suitcase fixes this by looking
  15. for Printer fonts whereever there it has an open font suitcase (except
  16. that the fonts in the Fonts folder are not opened by Suitcase). There are
  17. two solutions (excepting the 3.0 upgrade). One is to keep your printer
  18. fonts in the Extensions folder where ATM likes 'em, or to hack ATM with
  19. ResEdit. Here's how (usual caveats apply):
  20.  
  21. 1. Make a copy of your ATM 68020/030 file to work with, and open it with
  22. ResEdit
  23.  
  24. 2. Open the second DCOD resource and search for the ASCII string 'extn',
  25. and replace it with the ASCII string 'font'. This will help ATM look in
  26. the right folder for the printer fonts.
  27.  
  28. 3. Replace the copy in your System folder with the new version.
  29.  
  30. 4. Move all your Printer fonts to the Fonts folder and reboot. Voila!

  32. I haven't looked at the ATM 68000 file, but I think it works the same for
  33. that.
