  15. I've got a Quadra 950 (Sys 7.0.1 - tuned) that I need to have running
  16. MacTCP 1.1. I've used the network installer from apple to install
  17. Appletalk 58.0 so that localtalk performs better, but now, I can't get
  18. the MacTCP CP to show localtalk as a network option!  Ethernet is the
  19. only choice in the window, and I'm not on an Ethernet.

  21. The network CP shows all the proper choices - why not MacTCP?

  23. As I understand things, the new MacTCP is needed for System 7.1, but
  24. that's not what I'm running. I had MacTCP running properly (but
  25. slowly) before Atalk 58.0 install.
