- I am a new user to this service so please be patient! I have a MAC
- se/30 running system 7.0. While loading on some software, I received a
- fatal error, and "suggestion" to restart. After I restarted thr mac, I
- have found that every folder in my hard drive has a lock icon on it. I
- can still look at the contents of these folders and copy the contents to
- floppys but I cannot store anything new onto the hard drive (to further
- point this out I can no longer create new folders at any location on the
- hard drive). When I do a get info on files within a folder, the locked
- section is not highlighted, so I am unable to unlock (or lock) any file.
-
- any suggestions...your help is greatly appreciated!
