  12. I am a new user to this service so please be patient!  I have a MAC
  13. se/30 running system 7.0.  While loading on some software, I received a
  14. fatal error, and "suggestion" to restart.  After I restarted thr mac, I
  15. have found that every folder in my hard drive has a lock icon on it.  I
  16. can still look at the contents of these folders and copy the contents to
  17. floppys but I cannot store anything new onto the hard drive (to further
  18. point this out I can no longer create new folders at any location on the
  19. hard drive).  When I do a get info on files within a folder, the locked
  20. section is not highlighted, so I am unable to unlock (or lock) any file.
