  25. at work I use a Mac IIci, 20MB RAM, 32bit addressing on (as needed to get 
  26. more than 8MB RAM).
  27. The machine works fine, no problems at all. It seems you've got some 
  28. incompatible inits, applications or the like in your system. Try a clean 
  29. install (trashing your old system folder), add one extension at a 
  30. time; then reboot. This way you should be able to locate any incompatible 
  31. init/cdev.
