- I seem to remember a discussion here in the past about
- improving access to CD-ROMs by keeping a copy of the desktop
- files on your hard (boot) disk. I didn't need this then, so I
- didn't keep a copy and the system I use doesn't store files for
- long.

- Can someone mail or re-post a description of how this is done,
- or point out a file on an FTP server which describes this?
