- There's an extension called badinit.hqx at sumex-aim.stanford.edu in the
- directory /info-mac/ex. Install it and just select 'Erase Disk...' from
- the finder. Then a dialogue box with three bottons 'Init,' 'Check,' and
- 'Cancel' shows up. Clicking on 'Check' will mark the bad blocks as used.
- This works pretty well on my PB170 running localized 7.0.1*.
