  14. Yesterday, I installed System 7.1 on my machine.  The installation process
  15. left
  16. a couple of fonts in my System file (Geneva and Monaco, I think) and I 
  17. removed them since there were redundant.  Thanks to all who suggested this 
  18. might be a problem!

  20. Everything looked great, but my Mac crashed when I rebooted.  After playing 
  21. around with the control panels and extensions, I discovered that MacTCP
  22. version
  23. 1.1 was the culprit.  I called Apple's support line and they confirmed that
  24. it is necessary to upgrade to version 1.1.1.  They claimed this version is free
  25. and available from services as well as dealers.  I've looked around the net
  26. and
  27. have not been able to locate this file.

  29. If you know where this beast is, please let me know!  Thanks in advance for
  30. your help!
