  13. Aftering calling HSetFInfo, I want to change the modification date of
  14. the file/folder.  Right now, I'm doing this using PBHSetFInfo.
  15. I'd rather use a high-level routine.  Is it possible?
  16. Is PBHSetFInfo the only way, without opening and closing the data fork?
