  15. In a program I'm working on, the SHOW BALLOONS item of the help menu has
  16. been replaced by one long string containing the help text that I have
  17. for the finder.  I have a STR resource that I reference with a hfdr resource
  18. in order to change the balloon help displayed from the finder.  This works.
  19. But the same string has replaced the menu item for show balloons.  If I
  20. select it, it turns on balloons.

  22. What could be causing this?  I'm not calling any help related stuff in my
  23. code.  Just resources.  I'm baffled.
