  14. I have a programming question and I would appreciate help if anyone knows the 
  15. answer.

  17. I am programming in Pascal and I have a BITMAP and I need to coerce the bitmap
  18. into a PICTURE (via a pichandle, etc. ) which can be put in the clipboard and
  19. then brought into a word processing document, for instance.

  21. I assume there is a system procedure that does this but I have been unable to 
  22. locate it.
