  21. You can get the MacsBug program from a variety of sources, including the
  22. developer's CD, and archive sites.  If you want the manual, though, you
  23. need to order from Apple Programmers and Developers Association (APDA). 
  24. The current version is 6.2.2.  Here's the info from the November 1992 APDA
  25. catalog (okay, "catalogue" in the U.K.!):
