  14.     How about the Performa 600?  $1995 for a 4/160 combination at Sears.  I'd 
  15. say that's the best current buy.  For the 50% more you'd pay for a IIvx I'd 
  16. expect at least a 68040 instead of just a cache and FPU.  I also suspect the 
  17. new LCIII is going to be a real price/performance leader when it's released at 
  18. the end of the month.  If the rumors are close to correct, that ought to make 
  19. possible a IIci equivalent system (minus the NuBus slots) complete with 
  20. keyboard, color monitor, and printer for under $2000.
