  18. the dialog manager draws controls before all other items, so that's that.
  19. You could make the button another user item or, what I have done before,
  20. you
  21. can draw the button yourself with Draw1Control after the dialog manager
  22. has updated the dialog... (actually: HideControl/update/ShowControl will
  23. do).
