  24. 2) If someone diassembles that something and uses the algorithm,
  25.    he should not be free from liability

  27. Maybe a limited kind of patent that lasts for say 5 years, like
  28. they have in the medical business (only there it's 2 years)

  30. And software lends itself to licensing readily; you could imagine
  31. a global ftp site with patented algorithm example implementations
  32. for study & use, coupled with the address to obtain licensing...
