  13. We have been getting tech support calls about installation, now that we have
  14. multiple disks and options for various word processors (this is for the
  15. EndNote Plus program).  Some people in our company have suggested using an
  16. installer for those of our customers who feel insecure.  What are the
  17. experiences of other developers?  I saw a long rant about the awfulness of
  18. the installer for Millie's Math House in c.s.m.a (sorry, Eric), and this
  19. makes me apprehensive.
