- The exclusion of European contacts has been noted and a couple of possible
- solutions are under discussion.

- One idea is to have two meetings, several hours apart, so that all could
- participate in one or the other of them. This is obviously not ideal, but
- is better than nothing.

- available on the ftp site and you can also arrange to have them mailed to
