"unless expressly authorized in writing by Apple, such authorization not to
be unreasonably withheld." (clause 1.B.3)

Also clause 1.A.2 says

    "Compatible" shall mean capable of executing on an Apple Macintosh computer
    under the Macintosh operating system.


What is so onerous about that? It doesn't even say "latest version of the
operating system". You can even run it under an emulator on a Unix system,
and still not be "incompatible".

And the licence fee is US$100 per year regardless of the number of applications
that you write with MacApp, not $100 per appl as someone said on c.s.m.p.
