-
- "unless expressly authorized in writing by Apple, such authorization not to
- be unreasonably withheld." (clause 1.B.3)
-
- Also clause 1.A.2 says
-
- "Compatible" shall mean capable of executing on an Apple Macintosh computer
- under the Macintosh operating system.
-
-
- What is so onerous about that? It doesn't even say "latest version of the
- operating system". You can even run it under an emulator on a Unix system,
- and still not be "incompatible".
-
- And the licence fee is US$100 per year regardless of the number of applications
- that you write with MacApp, not $100 per appl as someone said on c.s.m.p.
