  18. The Jan 93 issue of Dr Dobbs Journal has an ad for this.

  20. It's distributed by a company called Visix.  It mentions portability but
  21. only to UNIX, Windows, OS/2, and NT (the Mac isn't mentioned).  It doesn't
  22. say exactly what it does, except they mention a bunch of buzzwords
  23. ("Object-Oriented, Network Independent, Extensible, ...).  It sounds like a
  24. development environment with some kind of OO framework.
