  16. I have heard the tool used to open an SE referred to as a 
  17. Mac Cracker.  There should be another name or at least a name
  18. for that screwdriver end.  What is it?  How can I get one?

  21. not find in the mac newsgroups I looked in, any FAQs.   Is there
  22. more than one FAQ relevant to macs?  Is there an official place
  23. where they are kept?
