  12. I had some problems with the mail order place Mac and More while
  13. trying to order an mac LC II for Christmas for my brother. I
  14. was lied to four times by the sales rep as to when my order was
  15. shipped. Also, my credit card was billed the day I made the phone
  16. order not 2 1/2 weeks later when part of my purchase was shipped
  17. (the CPU) we hope to see the monitor in a few days.

  19. Is there a list of good mail order houses that might help in the
  20. future and is this a common problem or did I just get bit by the
  21. X-mas sales and a bad sales rep.
