- I'm a newcomer to Macs, and even newer to System 7, so I need some help
- with the following:

- We have SEs weith 4 Mb memory, and I'd like to get the "system Software"
- memory as low as possible to have room for other applications --
- and, I hope, to spped things up a bit.

- So . . . What does into the system software (as e.g., fonts do) and where
- might I economize to gain some memory? (Note, I don't want to install the
- minimal installation.)
