  12. Hello,
  13. We have a Mac network which consists of several MacIIci and a Mac Quadra 950
  14. as a server. We run QuickMail and FaxGate in order to let any Mac user send
  15. faxes directly from their own Macs. It works quite correctly except
  16. that we have a problem with the fax itself: It decides that the remote
  17. fax isn't responding only after 3 remote rings. Since several faxes answer
  18. a call only after 6 or 8 calls, we want our fax to wait 6 or 8 calls.
  19. It seems that our fax has incompatibilities. So we are looking for a 
  20. new fax/modem, able to work with FaxGate and QuickMail, under System 7.
  21. Our actual fax is an Orchid Fax. The fax itself is connected to the Quadra server, that's why we use faxGate and QuickMail.

  23. Does anybody have any suggestion for a good and reliable fax-modem ?
