  12. One of my sound edit programs went south and trashed
  13. my system. So I reloaded from scatch and now my
  14. power-on key don't work. I even power'd up from a fresh
  15. floppy and it still don't work. I switch'd keyboards 
  16. and it still don't work so I know it ain't hardware.
  17. The power-on key works with the reset sequence (apple-control-poweron)
  18. so I know the computer still can recognize the poweron key.

  20. I'm guessing it's a PRAM parameter in battery backed up ram
  21. somewhere. I reset my PRAM to the defaults but still no luck.
  22. I'm running out of ideas.

  24. I'm not a MacHack so I'm sure I missed a few things. Anyone
