  32. Yes, but this won't solve the problem. If you hold down the shift key, the
  33. system won't load any extensions at all.

  35. The way Apple did it with the TuneUp was to write a device driver instead of
  36. an INIT (or a device driver that loads the INIT), at least from what I've
  37. been told.
