- Hey, lucky you to get both the Player and real Hypercard! The Hypercard
- Developers Kit comes with the full set of release stacks, including the
- excellent and valuable Power Tools stack, a couple of good Help stacks, and
- some pre-scripted buttons and fields. It also has comprehensive documentation.
- If you were to go out and "buy a book" you would spend $25-$40, if you wanted
- a book with a disk. Or you can order the Developer Kit from a discount
- mail-order house for around $100 and get all the stacks, and better
- documentation than in any one third-party book. So if you can afford it, get
- the Developer Kit!
- As for "really nifty stacks that I just gotta have", there are thousands.
- Spend some time browsing through FTP archives, or get a CD-ROM collection like
- Educorp's that has a few zillion of them.
