- I don't know about the grouping aspect; I haven't worked with
- that yet. HOwever, if you have the PowerTools stack that comes
- with the HyperCard Developers Kit (i.e. the full "bought"
- version) you can use the F14 key. The action is to place the
- cursor within the field that you wish to lock/unlock, then hit
- the F14 key. The macro toggles the lock/unlock property.

- Obviously, you'll need an extended keyboard, so this is mostly
- for doing developing work. (This works if you go to the menu
- card and select the "function and control keys" menu item, and
- then click the "install in stack" button.)
