  21. There are stacks everywhere: mac.archive.umich.edu; in /info-mac/card at
  22. sumex-aim.stanford.edu (don't forget to look in /info-mac/card/x for good
  23. XCMDs and XFCNs); in /pub/pugh/hyperstuff at ftp.apple.com.
