- Well, broadcast quality implies a component or digital video signal
- (such as D1) so you may be asking the impossible. (There is composite
- digital D2, but I doubt that is what you are asking for).

- I would suggest the TrueVision NuVista+ card. You can use the composite
- out, or step up to the S-Video (like S-VHS and Hi-8 uses) output if that
- is not good enough, or for even better quality use the RGB output with an
- external encoder.
