- I've been having fairly severe battery life problems with my
- PB100---I'm only able to get about 30 minutes of life from the
- battery.
-
- I would simply think "oh I need to buy a new battery", but the machine
- isn't very old, and I would guess the battery has seen no more than 40
- to 50 total discharge-recharge cycles.
-
- I would be curious to hear if other PB100 owners are experiencing
- similar difficulties. Do I have a faulty charging circuit in the PB?
- It does charge the battery at least somewhat in that I do get a
- half-hour of usage.
-
- One possible additional factor: for a couple months, I didn't discharge
- the battery at all (I just used the machine on my desk and left it
- plugged in all of the time). Will this kill a battery?
-
- Thanks,
- Fred
